Pierson Lameh
Pierson Lameh a senior running back, broke the school record for amount of rushing yards in a single game, with 333 rushing yards. He was unaware of this until after the game when his coach informed him of his accomplishments, “when I heard it was a great feeling, especially after all the hard work put in during the offseason.” Says Lameh. He also just won The Columbians “Player of the Week” award for his outstanding performance. Pierson received 5,427 of the 9,741 votes cast for athlete of the week.
He had 1 touchdown, 28 carries, and 333 rushing yards in the Game against Kelso alone. Overall this season he has shown great determination on and off the field.
