For Valentine’s Day, on February 3rd, 2026, Starbucks released new items on their menu.
Starbucks has recently released some new items on their menu that many people are excited to try. These new drinks and snacks bring fresh, new flavors and fun ideas to the usual Starbucks experience.
When talking to a student at Prairie High school, Ellie Moore, she says, “I tried the strawberry cold foam and the cookie croissant swirl.” Then, wondering what inspired them to want to try these items, and Ellie Moore states,“ I saw the cold foam all over TikTok and decided to try it in my drink but while I was there I just saw the croissant, so I got that too.” When asking Marcella Clark about what she got, she said, “I tried the Dubai chocolate bites and the iced banana bread matcha.” She adds, “I was inspired to get this drink from my friends since they tried it during lunch and said it was good, and I saw the Dubai bites on the menu and I love Dubai chocolate, so I wanted to try.”
Since these items are only on the menu for a limited time, people have controversial thoughts about whether the items deserve a full-time spot on the menu. When asking Ellie Moore, she said, “The cold foam was good but sweet, but I loved the croissant, so I don’t think it deserves a full-time spot, but I do think it was a fun addition for Valentine’s Day.” But unlike Ellie, Marcella Clark says, “The Dubai bites were good but dry, and the matcha was sweet but perfect, and I think it should stay on the menu full time because all the items look good to try and the drink was, but even though I didn’t really like the Dubai chocolate, It’s a popular food item that many people would come by to try.”
