Seniors everywhere are graduating and soon to start college in the coming month of August. Seniors have a lot to look forward to wherever they attend College/University.
Prairie High school senior Dana Vasquez is soon to graduate and attend Clark College after summer. Vasquez plans to attend Clark for two years, then transferring to Washington State University where she will be studying Teaching and Math. Vasquez has a lot to look forward to, mostly “ meeting new people and being able to get a good paying job.” Vasquez claims she is prepared for college and that it will allow her to have more free time.
Ida B Wells High school graduate Max Auerbach is on summer break soon to attend Chico in California this coming August. Auerbach will be studying to be a vet technician to help animals. Auerbach claims that University will have many differences that includes the attendance and work load Auerbach is looking forward to meeting new people but especially the weather “ I need a break from Oregon weather, and I think being away from home will be good for a while”.
Seniors are preparing for their future in college close by or far away. Many new experiences and environments are looked upon by students who will be incoming freshmen in College/University.
