Ella Conklin, Staff Writer
My name is Ella Conklin and I am a senior at Prairie High School. I went to Pleasant Valley Middle School and have always loved my English classes. This class, Journalism, has been super fun to further my knowledge and experience with English classes since it is more project based. I've played volleyball since middle school, and continued playing here at Prairie for 4 years on varsity. This year, my senior year, was my last season playing volleyball.
With volleyball ending, I am going to attend Washington State University in the fall. I am planning on majoring in early childhood education and continuing school until I get my masters in teaching. After college I hope to teach kindergarten or first graders. Teaching young kids has always sounded so fun to me, and I can't wait!
