Julianne Hoffman

Julianne Hoffman, Staff Writer

Do you have an interest in playing games, especially games on your phone? Then Julianne Hoffman would make a great friend for you! Julianne loves phone games, as well as drawing. Her favorite phone game is called Project Sekai which is a rhythm game.

Julianne’s mom named her after her grandmother. Her grandmother’s first name is Julie while her middle name is Ann. Julianne was born in Portland and lived there until she was 10. Her family then moved to the Vancouver area and she started to attend Laurin Middle School from 6th-8th grade. She has been at Prairie all four years.

When asked if she believed in the supernatural she said “I definitely believe there are at least a few spirits in the world.” Since Julianne believes in the supernatural she isn’t the biggest fan of horror movies and instead would rather watch a mystery, or action movie.

In her free time, Julianne loves to be with her friends. She finds it enjoyable to just be around them, the presence is enough. Julianne says “Being around friends even in silence is nice.”

After high school, Julianne would like to move to Seattle with some friends. After visiting last year she said, “It was the first place I have ever been where I had a lot of fun and it felt like it could be home.” She fell in love with the big city. Julianne doesn’t necessarily have a dream job but she knows she doesn’t want a very repetitive job, instead, she says she wants a job that is “Entertaining, but not too much.”

Julianne’s dream outcome of life is to have fun, not be too stressed all the time, and be around her family and friends as much as possible.
