Mr. Dilitto is staff of the week because he is lively, widely loved, and a jolly man. Mr. Dilitto is known around the school to be a talkative teacher that a lot of students like to say hello to. He is always there to help, support, or just chat.  

 As a sub Mr. Dillitto will make sure you are getting the help you need and make sure you’re on task with a lot of leniency. He is super kind and understanding but still a teacher so being appropriate and respectful is still very important. As someone who often talks to Dilitto often when seen around the school Morya Eddings says, “ He’s really positive and always wants you to be the best you can and encourages you.” To everyone around the school Dilitto is a very lively person who lifts you up to be just as lively and positive. 

Not only is he great with the students I see him always chatting it up with his coworkers and is always happy to. He will stop by the library here and then and absolutely chat it up with Lauren and Robin always making it a laughing and smiley environment. He is also seen around the school laughing with other teachers and being a delight to everyone. Dilitto is loved in this community by basically everybody and is always there to give you a hello back if you see him around!

For many, seeing Dilitto in the halls gives you an instant smile. He’s always very happy and the energy spreads. Conversing with Shadae Jacques she states, “ One of my favorite qualities about him is he will never turn someone down and has always been there to help and cheer me up.” This shows what kind of person Dilitto is, always trying to be helpful and cheer people up.

In all, Mr. Dilitto is a big ball of happiness around this school. We are lucky to have him and enjoy his conversations. Next time you see him make sure you bring that positive energy to him. as well!
