Established in 1979, Prairie surprised many when it celebrated its first pair to win the homecoming court yearly. Ellie Ogle and Jackson Grant are true high school sweethearts.
Ellie and Jackson started dating in the summer of 8th grade, creating most of their high school memories together.
Ellie and Jackson hardly ever advertised. Relying on friends, they tested their luck every year and surprisingly despite the hard competition, they stuck it through. “We didn’t advertise at all, we are goated,” said Senior Jackson Grant.
The school has been open for forty-five years, and it only happens now. For them to win all four years it’s something to boast about. “It was definitely unexpected and something I never thought we could pull off,” said senior Ellie Ogle.
As high school comes to an end. Ellie and Jackson are excited to take their steps into the future. Ellie will be heading to the University of Montana to pursue a degree in pharmacy. While Jackson is set to attend Clark College where he’ll be studying in the field of mechanical engineering. Although their paths may lead them to different places, love will always be a part of their story.
