In addition, Shadle got his masters degree in educational administration at City University
Shadle enjoys teaching at Prairie High School and has a large passion for art. He enjoys coming into work everyday and “seeing his students be successful” and “seeing my students do something they are proud of”. Shadle is always prepared to come to work and “make a difference in the life of a student”. He has strong relationships with each of his students, making sure that each student feels welcome and comfortable in his classroom. In addition, Shadle enjoys working with his other art staff members. Shadle states that “I have learned some good values from being with them as a Prairie art staff member
Shadle has always loved art, especially during his younger years. He attained his passion for art from his uncle, who in fact, has made an art piece that is displayed in the White House while Ronald Raegan was president. Shadle was always amazed by his uncle’s artwork, making him want to be an artist even more.
One of Shadle’s students, Kaidence Ford, is in one of his classes and she enjoys his class a lot. She and enjoys making memories with people in her class. Ford loves the different types of art that she has done in his class, allowing her to be more versatile in the art field. “Something valuable that I took away from his class was to never give up and you can always learn from your mistakes”.
