This week, Zoe Jensen, a current senior at Prairie High School, is senior of the week. Zoe is a dedicated student-athlete and has been a critical cross-country and track team member for all four high school years.
Jensen’s love for running is as strong as ever. “I really enjoy running because it’s always been fun to me,” Jensen shares a feeling that drives her success both on and off the track. Zoe also takes pride in her academics, taking multiple honors and Advanced Placement classes and partaking as Vice president of the National Honors Society.
Zoe comes from a family of Prairie alumni and is the youngest of five siblings and the only one still living at home. She credits her mom as her biggest role model, “She’s really hardworking and cares a lot for me and our family.” This admiration inspires Jensen’s determination and heart.
Outside of sports and school, Zoe’s life is a whole of the things she loves most: spending time with her family and friends, sleeping, eating, and, of course, running. When she’s not training or competing, you can find her enjoying the company of her loved ones, whether on a casual run or relaxing at home.
Zoe’s four years at Prairie have been defined by hard work, strong relationships, and a passion for what matters most to her. Zoe Jensen, this week’s Senior of the Week, you’ve inspired us all with your dedication and joy!
