Prairie’s New Year’s Resolutions

Prairie’s New Years Resolutions

“New year, new me” is a popular saying when it comes to going into a new year. Many people have resolutions and goals that they want to accomplish in the new year to come. As we hop right into 2022, the students at PHS wanted to share what their biggest goals are, as well as exactly what they are looking forward to this year.

Talus Sather is in his senior year. Sather shares that he “wants to save more money and hit the gym” in this coming year. These are great goals to have and they are easily measurable. He also states that he is mostly “excited to graduate in 2022.”

Junior Colby Majewski shares why he believes having goals is important: “Setting goals and having something you’re striving for can push you… it is always good and very important.” Majewski says that he is striving for “abs and to be happy” and is most looking forward to “summer coming back around” in 2022.

Ella May, a Sophomore, says that she wants to “spend more time enjoying the people around me and everything that I have.” Being around the people you love is a great way to start bettering yourself. May says she is most excited to “see what new music artists release this year.”

Freshman Michael Rovig says that he wants to “get good grades and stay healthy” this year. He looks most forward to “COVID hopefully going away.”

Given what the world has gone through in the past 2 years, 2022 is hoped to bring everyone happiness and better luck.
